Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your DrobeMe account and associated personal data at any time.

Section 1. Delete Your Account in the App

Open the DrobeMe app and go to:

Settings > Account > Delete Account

Follow the instructions shown in the app.

Section 2. Delete Your Account by Email

You can also request deletion by emailing:

support@drobeme.ai

Use the subject line:

Delete Account Request

In your message, include the email address connected to your DrobeMe account. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Section 3. What Deletion Includes

When you delete your account, we close it immediately and sign you out. Your email address is released, so it can be used for a new account, and your name and profile photo are removed. You stop receiving notifications from DrobeMe.

Your other content is retained for the period applicable law requires and is no longer used to provide the Service, including:

your account profile;
closet items;
uploaded closet images;
outfits;
body images;
style preferences;
AI history;
saved looks;
associated cloud storage objects linked to your account.

Closing your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You may request complete erasure of the retained content by contacting support@drobeme.ai. We will erase it unless we are legally required to keep specific records, in which case we will tell you which ones and why, and we will confirm once the erasure is done.

Section 4. Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your DrobeMe account does not automatically cancel any active subscription managed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider.

To cancel an Apple subscription:

Open iPhone or iPad Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > DrobeMe > Cancel Subscription.

To cancel a Google Play subscription:

Open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > DrobeMe > Cancel subscription.
