Section 2. Account Help

Section 2.1 Reset Password

Open the DrobeMe app, go to Login, tap Forgot Password, and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Section 2.2 Change Email or Profile Details

Go to Profile > Account Settings and edit your account details.

Section 2.3 Delete Account

You can delete your account in the app:

Settings > Account > Delete Account

You can also request deletion by contacting support@drobeme.ai

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and associated data from active systems, including closet images, outfits, body images, and style preferences, subject to limited retention required for legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

Section 3. Closet Help

Section 3.1 Uploading Clothes

You can add clothes by taking a photo, uploading from your gallery, or using supported import tools where available.

Section 3.2 Editing Items

Open an item from your closet and tap Edit. You can update category, brand, color, season, occasion, size, or notes.

Section 3.3 Deleting Items

Open the item, tap Delete Item, and confirm. Deleted items may also be removed from outfits that used them.

Section 3.4 Background Removal Problems

If background removal fails:

  • use a clear photo;
  • place the item on a plain background;
  • avoid shadows or folded clothing;
  • retake the photo in better light;
  • manually adjust details after upload.

Section 4. Outfit Help

Section 4.1 Create an Outfit

Go to Outfits > Create Outfit, choose closet items, add an occasion or season, and save.

Section 4.2 Save or Favorite an Outfit

Tap the favorite icon on an outfit card.

Section 4.3 Hide or Remove a Suggested Outfit

Tap Remove or Hide on the outfit card. This removes the suggestion from your current view and helps DrobeMe improve future recommendations.

Section 4.4 Share an Outfit

Open an outfit and tap Share. Shared content may be visible to people outside DrobeMe depending on where you share it.

Section 5. AI Stylist Help

Section 5.1 How AI Recommendations Work

DrobeMe uses your closet items, style preferences, quiz answers, occasion filters, body type selections, and prompts to suggest outfits and wardrobe gaps.

Section 5.2 AI Consent

Some AI features use third-party AI providers. Before using those features, DrobeMe may ask for your consent. If you decline, AI features requiring that provider will be disabled.

Section 5.3 AI Output Is Not Guaranteed

AI styling outputs are suggestions, not guarantees. Check size, fit, price, stock, color, and retailer details before buying.

Section 5.4 Do Not Enter Sensitive Data

Do not enter passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, health records, or confidential third-party information into AI chat.

Section 6. Body Image and Fit Help

Section 6.1 What Body Image Tracking Is For

Body image tracking is optional and used only for fashion, fit, and styling personalization.

Section 6.2 Not Medical or Biometric Identification

DrobeMe does not provide medical advice and does not use body images for biometric identification.

Section 6.3 Delete Body Images

Open Body Image Tracking, select the image, and tap Delete. You can also delete your full account from Settings.

Section 7. Shopping and Affiliate Links

Section 7.1 What Affiliate Links Mean

Some shopping links are affiliate links. DrobeMe may earn a commission if you buy through those links. You pay the same price.

Section 7.2 Retailer Handles Purchase

Checkout, payment, shipping, returns, refunds, and warranties are handled by the retailer, not DrobeMe.

Section 7.3 Product Information

Prices, sizes, stock, discounts, and delivery options can change. Always check the retailer page before buying.

Section 8. Privacy and Data Requests

Section 8.1 Request Your Data

Email support@drobeme.ai with the subject line “Data Access Request”.

Section 8.2 Correct Your Data

You can edit many details in the app. For anything else, contact support@drobeme.ai

Section 8.3 Delete Your Data

Use Settings > Account > Delete Account or contact support@drobeme.ai

Section 8.4 Withdraw Consent

You can withdraw optional consent for AI processing, marketing, notifications, or body image tracking through app settings where available or by contacting support@drobeme.ai
