Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your DrobeMe account and associated personal data at any time.

Section 1. Delete Your Account in the App

Open the DrobeMe app and go to:

Settings > Account > Delete Account

Follow the instructions shown in the app.

Section 2. Delete Your Account by Email

You can also request deletion by emailing:

support@drobeme.ai

Use the subject line:

Delete Account Request

In your message, include the email address connected to your DrobeMe account. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Section 3. What Deletion Includes

When we process an account deletion request, we delete or irreversibly de-identify personal data associated with your account from active systems, including:

your account profile;
closet items;
uploaded closet images;
outfits;
body images;
style preferences;
AI history;
saved looks;
associated cloud storage objects linked to your account.

We may retain limited information where required or permitted for legal compliance, security, fraud or abuse prevention, backup integrity, accounting, or dispute resolution.

Section 4. Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your DrobeMe account does not automatically cancel any active subscription managed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider.

To cancel an Apple subscription:

Open iPhone or iPad Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > DrobeMe > Cancel Subscription.

To cancel a Google Play subscription:

Open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > DrobeMe > Cancel subscription.
